I offer a counseling from a strength-based and values-based approach. I generally use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have found that building a mindful awareness of our body, our environment, and our needs is an important part of moving through life according to the values we consider important. At the same time, we need skills to use during our day to day life. I will guide you to learn and practice new skills and rebuild those old skills that are helpful to finding your stability and meeting your needs.
